One of the earliest believers in Triumf Health has joined our team as a new team member

Triumf Health welcomes a new team member, who actually isn't new to our startup at all. He's been contributing to developing Triumf digital health platform for children since the start of the company and is now working full-time to help create healthier futures for ill children. Hello. I am Sander and I am here to tell you a little bit about myself and how I ended up working at Triumf Health.

I began my professional career as Tax Auditor at Estonian Tax and Customs Board. I spent over six years, learned a lot, worked together with wonderful colleagues and realized that I would like to do something more meaningful. I have always wanted to make a difference and as I have been interested in finance, business and technology then joining a digital health company was somewhat a logical step for me.

So, how did I manage to get a job at one of the most promising European digital health companies? Actually I have been involved with Triumf Health since 2017 as I was one of the first investors who invested into the company. It is said that when you make an investment into a startup company, you are actually investing in founders. And this was exactly the case with Triumf Health. I knew that Kadri will do whatever it takes to make her idea work. Since the investment I have been keeping eye on their progress and been there with my advice whenever needed. When I told Kadri that I am going to leave my current job, she invited me to join Triumf Health as the Financial officer, and the rest is history.

Outside the office I can often be found fishing, running or biking. When I am not spending time outdoors I am usually reading companies financial reports, doing some stock trades and listening to podcasts or audiobooks. Additionally, I really love cooking.

Our aim is to become market leaders in digital therapeutics for children. I believe that by building an effective product we can help millions of kids. Triumf Health has achieved a lot already but it is just a beginning and I am excited to be part of the journey ahead. But above all I am grateful for the opportunity to work here together with such a wonderful team of people.
