Decision to work at Triumf Health has been my best one
We have not noticed how time passed and we have to say our farewells to our wonderful intern Van Anh. You have done amazing work at the company! In this post Van Anh shares her experience and thoughts about her time with the Triumf team.
Time flies at Triumf Health. I cannot believe that my 3-mọnth internship has already come to an end. It was fascinating and has taught me more than I could have imagined.
When I first heard about Triumf mobile health platform, I was instantly attracted by the idea of providing psychological support and helping children to cope with their treatment. Now, I am really glad that I made a good decision to join this amazing team. Working at Triumf enabled me not only to improve my knowledge in digital health, but also to understand more aspects of psychological support. I realized how important it is to pay more attention to mental health in cancer treatment and chronic illnesses in general.
Coming to the position in social media marketing has been something completely new for me. Thanks to Triumf CEO Kadri and wonderful colleagues, I was not alone. During my internship, Kadri has been my main supervisor. We had weekly meetings to share what I learned and what I need to do and improve as well for upcoming week. She is an expert in putting everything in its place and making our office run smoothly. My favourite task is working with Twitter since it is a perfect tool to stay up-to-date tech news which changes rapidly nowadays. Here, I have to mention Anna, who introduced me first steps in Twitter. Also, she helps me a lot with blog posts in finding the topic, idea and editing the text. Promoting digital health and reaching out the medical contacts is not easy. Riin is the person who guided me in that field. Again thanks to them, I got enough experience to mould me as I advanced into my future career.
Besides daily office job, I have had opportunities to participate in many useful events about health care such as Upgraded Life Festival in Helsinki and Health care community meeting in Estonia (Eesti tervise kogukonna kärajad vol 3). I also joined trial game where I can contribute my ideas in order to improve the game. In my opinion, it is a funny but useful game for kids. They will learn how to overcome the fear of disease and become a superhero who can protect the others in Triumfland city.
I cannot list everything I have learned in Triumf Health. However, I can assert that decision to work here is my best one. If you also want to spend your time at Triumf Health, don't hesitate to contact them.And for me it is time to say thank you and hope we see again!
