Why Triumf?
Our team believes that great power to fight any disease is within humans themselves. Children who get cancer diagnosis or other chronic illness diagnosis are incredibly brave and strong, but they need support to go through their treatment and immense life change. We see our mission as to help them reach their triumph over disease by finding their inner superhero.

Children who get chronic illness diagnosis are incredibly brave and strong, but they need support to go through the treatment and immense life change. Via taking care of the superhero in the game, they take care of themselves, and our solution helps them make the new behavior a daily habit.
So this was the underlying idea based on which Kadri came up with Triumf name. After Sven, Risto, Riin and Anna joined the team we had our first big group meeting, where we decided that it was important to get visible in the social media and spread the word about our amazing idea. And what is a better way than to have a popular hashtag? #importanceofhashtag So we had a competition where each team member suggested a hashtag. There were many great ideas, but some were too long (like #getyourtriumf), some sent wrong ideas (like #heroinme)… So in the end the proud winner and keeper of the competition paper became Risto Haljas and his #triumfinme. As you see, it perfectly reflects our main idea: there is always #triumfinme, we just need to help find it!
