The content of Triumfland Saga health game has been created by a team of clinical and academic psychologists and is continuously updated based on the feedback from stakeholders (involving children, parents and healthcare professionals from various countries in Europe).

Triumfland Saga is designed for children aged 7-12 meaning that the visuals, music, storyline and language used in it is most suitable for that age group.

All children in the mentioned age group are recommended to use the game with the aim of preventing the development of mental health disorders.

The aim is to provide general health and wellbeing information and psychoeducation with the potential to induce positive behavioral change.

Based on our previous international research (published or manuscripts in preparation), the game has the potential of improving children's mental wellbeing and quality of life. The effects are individual and are dependent on the preferences and needs of the user. The game does not replace and/or provide sessions with a real psychologist.

The game usage is limited to 45 mins per day to prevent excessive screen time. Also a bedtime policy locks the activities during night (21 to 8) to avoid interference with sleep schedule and quality.

You can get an account in two ways:
- Option 1: With Access Code through providers
Schools, Hospitals or private companies that have a acquired our services will distribute Access Codes among their beneficiaries along with the instructions to complete the account setup process.
- Option 2: Individual Subscription License
At the login screen, choose the option to create an account for your child.
You will then be directed to a screen displaying the pricing details for each subscription type, all of which include a free trial period.
Upon selecting your preferred subscription and starting the free trial, you can create your account and enjoy our services. Once the trial period ends, the payment will be automatically processed based on the chosen subscription plan.
DISCLAIMER
Parents must manage their child's purchases and downloads in the Google Play and Apple App Stores, as children under the age of 13 should not use smart app stores on their own.

All players can complete the tutorial and see how the game looks and feels. But In order to save progress, character customization, achievements, inventory, etc. an account will be needed.

No, offline play is supported. However, an online connection is required to login and save progress.

Subscriptions are linked to the specific Apple ID or Google account used for purchase. To access all the game’s features, you need to be logged into the device with the account used to buy the subscription.

The game will not recognize a subscription purchased with a different Apple ID or Google account. Each subscription is unique to the account it was purchased with and cannot be shared across different accounts.

At present, Google Family Link does not support the purchasing of subscriptions for child accounts, nor does it allow for subscription sharing through these accounts. If you wish to set up Triumfland Saga with a subscription on a device managed by Family Link, please reach out to us at support@triumf.health. Subscriptions for Triumfland Saga, are managed by Google Play for Android users and the Apple App Store for iOS users. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your respective Google Play or Apple account settings.
