It's important for parents to set limits on screen time and to provide a variety of engaging and enriching activities, both on and off screens. One of the common issues related to excessive screen time is eye strain and other vision problems.

In the context of mental health, gamification can be used to create games or apps that are designed to support mental health and well-being. These games can be fun and enjoyable, and can provide a more engaging and interactive experience than traditional forms of mental health support.

Yesterday our Chief Marketing Officer Natali Kutsõk gave an interview on the ETV+ morning show about Triumf Hero mobile game that we have recently launched as a response to the mental health crisis due to the war in Ukraine and uncertainty all around Europe.

As of today our updated Triumf Hero game is available FOR FREE in Lithuania for children of Ukrainian refugees. The game is available in Ukrainian language and can be downloaded from Google Play and Apple App Store.

This morning, the President of Estonia Alar Karis met with the top six young entrepreneurs in Estonia, as chosen by Eesti Kaubandus- ja Tööstuskoda and LHV, for breakfast and discussion. Our CEO Dr. Kadri Haljas was one of the President’s six guests and the only woman; Estonia may be a small country, but having breakfast with the president is nonetheless a big deal!

An even bigger deal is that during the presidential breakfast the discussion revolved around the importance of mental health! Dr. Kadri Haljas had the opportunity to tell the President about what we are doing at Triumf Health and as it turns out, he shares our mission and vision.

On Friday, 10. December 2021, a webinar about the use of innovation in the treatment of depression was hosted at Tehnopol, the largest science park in the Baltics. Our CEO Dr. Kadri Haljas was one of the main organizers as well as a panel speaker at the event, which drew a very large online audience.
