Triumf Health, initially focused on aiding children with chronic illnesses, broadened its mission in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to support all children's mental health. The company's innovative game, Triumfland Saga, designed to teach coping mechanisms and resilience, has been recognized as the best technology in the health and wellbeing category by the World Summit Award.

Our trainings for educators in Moldova revealed a spectrum of technology adoption with positive feedback on the potential use of the Triumfland Saga wellbeing game in educational settings. The trainings were supported by ESTDEV and carried out in collaboration with Startup Moldova.

How doesn’t love a good sleep? We all do!
Sleep is our basic need and it plays a central role in restoring the resources after a long day. In this blog post, we talk about how Triumf Hero game helps children to form positive sleeping habits and be more aware of their sleeping behaviour.

The new educational component has been added to the Knowledge Section of the Triumf Hero game. This week we have updated “Wellbeing” so now children can learn more about emotional regulation, motivation, self-acceptance, and problem-solving as they play.

We are happy to announce that Triumf Hero game Knowledge section has been recently updated. Now information about general well-being is available in addition to the block about emotions.

Triumf Health, an Estonian based health technology start-up, which is developed with the purpose of offering children age-appropriate psychological and health behavioural support embedded into a fun game environment, has offered their solution, Triumf Hero, free of charge for a little over two weeks. Triumf Hero is available in Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Moldova, Romania, Slovakia, Estonia and during the course of last week has added Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark to the list of the countries that the solution is available in. 

As a response to the war in Ukraine we are launching an updated version of our solution - Triumf Hero to support the mental health of children in the most natural way for them - through gamified digital therapeutics.

Children understand, know and feel much more than most adults believe they do. As they develop, so does their mental health, and any support received during childhood will benefit them as they grow up, even into adulthood. During such times of uncertainty and darkness as we are facing now, the best thing we can do for children is to support them in learning how to cope with stress, anxiety and negative feelings.
